- In 1957 this school is inaugurated by in Home Minister Mr. Bakthavaachalam through the effort of Police Sarkar. This school is Golden Jubilee school and it is successfully running over 60 years.

- Modern Restroom facilities are constructed at the cost of Rs.7 Lakh by JSW.
- Modern computer lab is functioned in our school for our students which is donated by Cape-Gemini.

- Our school is 5th grade student from Manadanur. Nadia Thirukkurali Tamil and He has received the prize and praise in English.
- Our school has been consistently leading the March Past Contest hosted by JSW at Independence Day.
- Our student S. Siva won the second prize in the Union level Chess competiotion
